Combining years of experience in serving of large storage tank and other vertical tank projects, AUTO researched and developed the new generation of Automatic Sub Arc Girth Welding Machine with No-gauging System (AGW-I/II with no-gauging system) based on customer's requirements. It owns characteristics of high efficiency, superior root welding quality, stable performance, saving of consumables and no need of back gauging step. It has been the great helper for users' construction project.

Double Sided Automatic Sub-Arc Girth Welding Machine (AGW-II) is a girth seam welding machine developed by NAEC with frontier technology. It adopts special welding and control communications technology which can realize welding two sides girth seams at the same time. It helps customers to achieve the highest welding speed and welding quality.

For storage tank / tower fabrication and on site construction, we begin to R & D of its automatic equipments and turn-key whole solution since year 2001. After years of development, NAEC developed different fabrication and construction machines for various seams of Oil Storage Tank / LNG Tank / Tower / Tank Farm. The automatic tank welding machines we developed meet CE standard. In the meantime, NAEC also developed matched equipments for top-to-bottom construction method, which has been widely applied in both China Strategic Oil Storage Project and oversea tank construction project.

Now NAEC has matured whole solution & equipment for both bottom-to-top and top-to-bottom tank construction. By NAEC solution, we can help our client to finish one tank construction within one month. The X-ray first qualification rate is no less than 99.5%. And the mechanical performance meets the requirements of low-temperature impact test.
