Hydraulic Lifting System
Hydraulic lifting system is specially developed and designed for Oil Storage Tank Construction from top to bottom. It is PLC control. Module design is introduced in this system. Each module consists of 5 cylinders. During the application, the oil cylinders could be lifted intensively or separately, which makes the whole system convenient for installation, easy to operation, and reliable in quality.
It is suitable for assisting the welding of storage tanks with different capacities from 5,000M³ to 100,000M³. It can also work with NAEC series of automatic tank welding machines both outside or inside.
Compared with traditional construction, most welding job is done at ground level, so it is safer. It's also easy to inspect the welding quality at each stage. It only need 20 to 25mins to lift one 2.8M height shell plate to proper position. Such high efficiency makes it been widely used in South East Asia and Middle East tank construction projects.
