Pipeline Double-joining System

Pipeline Double Joining System is designed for fabrication and construction of pipelines.
It adopts modular design, which consist of

1. multiple pipeline beveling station
2. pipeline fitting-up and joining station
3. pipeline welding station
4. roller-bed type conveying system

Compared with traditional pipeline construction method, nearly 1/2 welding joints can be fabricated by our Pipeline Double Joining Production System in advanced and then other 1/2 welding joints will be done onsite by all-position welding method. So welding quality can be guaranteed and construction efficiency can be highly improved. It's also easy for repair and reduce the dependence of on-site crane equipment.


 
NAEC Pipeline Double Joining Production System can also be integrated with software management system and medium frequency induction heating system. The whole fabrication work can be planed, managed and tracked.

 
Such Pipeline Double Joining Production System is applicable to Onshore and Offshore Projects, such as Offshore LNG Module, LNG Purification Device, Oil & Gas Pipe Rack/PARS, Oil & Gas Transportation Pipeline, etc.


 
Until now such Pipeline Double Joining Production System has been used in CCC Australia Project, CNPC Offshore project, SINOPEC onshore pipeline project, Bomesc offshore project, and CGC Pipeline Project.
