Large-Flange and Pipe Welding Station with Two Torches

It has features as following:
1.Several models available ( 16"type, 24" type, 32"type, 48"type, 90"type, etc.);
2.  Mainly used to weld the inside and outside fillet seam of slip-on flange;
3. CO2/ MIG / SAW are optional;
4.  PLC system control, four torches are able to achieve synchronous welding;
5. High welding quality and efficiency, for example, for a 24" welding machine, it can reach 225DI/day productivity, including handling, presetting time;
6.  It can set up a production line when working together with two-axis flame/plasma cutting machine & motorized pipe and flange fitting-up machine.
