The Pipeline Joining & Fabrication Line adopts modular design, which is capable of completing automatic multiple pipe fitting-up, joining and welding fabrication job.
It integrates with roller-bed type conveying system to reduce the dependence of on-site crane equipment, which improves the production efficiency greatly.
Applicable Industries: Offshore, Petrochemical, etc.
Applicable Projects: Offshore LNG Module, LNG Purification Device, Oil & Gas Pipe Racks/PARS, Oil & Gas Transportation Pipeline
ADVANTAGES:
Overall lifecycle production informationized management systems make QC covers each process; Quality status can be recordand feedback to QC monitoring and management terminal;
Inspection area is arranged after each working step finished in the production line; Next process will inspect and control the quality of upper process;
CNC control medium frequency induction preheating and post-heating system can precisely control preheat and post-heat temperature (temperature accuracy of ± 10° C) with high accuracy of heating and cooling temperature control, which lays the foundation of good welding quality;
Innovative WPS for different material;
Square wave AC + square wave AC double arc double wire submerged arc welding process can eliminate workpiece magnetic influence on welding process to increase first welding qualification rate;
Mature & high efficient automatic root pass welding technology provides high quality and efficiency foundation for Fabrication engineering.

Complete production line logistics system realizes automation and mechanized operations of the fabrication process, which reduces labor workload to maximum rate and achieves industrialized mass production capacity;

The configuration of professional equipment is arranged specially for pipeline fitting-up & joining project, such as the high speed pipe end beveling machine, radius changeable medium frequency preheating system, mechanical welding joint fitting-up equipment, welding seam gouging machine, medium frequency heat treatment system, pipeline transferring / conveying logistic system, etc. The efficiency of professional equipment instead of labor is 5-10 times higher than traditional process efficiency.
