AUTO Multi-Function Pipe Fitting-up machine consists of multi-function fitting-up machine, pipe supporting carriage, flange fitting-up machine and rail skids. It can complete fitting-up/assembly of pipe and every kind of pipe fittings, such as elbow, flange, tee, reducer, and it is also be able to fit elbow to flange directly. The tacking welding work will also be done in the fitting-up station.

The Multi-function Fitting-up Machine can do motorized adjustment such as up/down, left/right, forward/backward. The flange fitting-up machine is movable along the guide rail, and is able to adjust manually up/down. The flange chuck is rotatable to balance the misalignment of joint to guarantee the welding qualification rate.
