• with interface to read isometric drawing in IDF/PCF format, by database maintenance, the software are automatically define field joints and shop joints.
• the software can automatically split 3D spool drawings into 2D sub spool drawing which suitable for automatic welding. The sub spool can be automated fabricated in the automatic production system. 
• with automatic splitting function based on certain logic and production system capabilities, ensure 80% of joints of project can be automatically fabricated, only around 20% of joints is manually fabricated in 3D area.
• automatically define the shop fabrication joints which is automatic welding joints, which is manual welding joints. 
• automatically calculate the workload of fabrication in DI based on the spool drawing, generate the pipe list and fittings list for daily, weekly and monthly fabrication, the list can be used for raw material prepare, purchasing from market or collect from client.
• automatic production planning by software based on material availability to ensure every day's fabrication with full capacity, balance each stations workload based on equipment capability, reduce standby time. raw material plan, fabrication plan and delivery plan is involved in the software system. 
• automatically transfer working sheets to cutting station, everyday's fabrication pipe and fittings are prepared in advance to avoid stop of fabrication due to material not available.
• automatic nesting function to reduce cutting scraps, save material cost.
• in line data control system is used to tracing fabrication process and automatically feedback to control room, generate various reports, productivity report, welding report, testing report, joint check, etc.
