Q: How to control the misalignment?
A: Several steps can control the misalignment and get good welding quality.
1.Precise cutting & beveling prepare better welding condition. 
2.Control misalignment during fitting-up. 
3. Our automatic welding station can allow 0-3mm misalignment and get good welding quality.
 
Q: How to do preheating?
A: We have inductive preheating device.
 
Q: What's the root pass method?
A: Usually we recommend automatic TIG for root pass.
