Automatic Four-Torch Pipe & Slip-on Flange Welding Machine 36" is high efficient flange welding equipment. It is equipped with unique welding PLC system, specially designed automatic tracking system, and torch oscillating system. It is able to weld on inside and outside of slip-on flanges at both ends synchronously. It can also realize different welding types such as "one head one end", "two heads one end", and "two heads two ends" as per welding requirements.


 
It has features as following:

• Mainly used to weld the inside and outside fillet seam of slip-on flange;
• CO₂/ MIG / SAW are optional;
• PLC system control, Four torches are able to achieve synchronous welding;
• High welding quality and efficiency, for example, for a 24" welding machine, it can reach 225DI/day productivity, including handling, presetting time;
• It can set up a production line when working together with two/five-axis flame/plasma cutting machine & motorized pipe and flange fitting-up machine.

It is widely used in the industry of shipping building, power plant, nuclear plant, etc.
