Conveyor System for 2-8" Pipe Handling

Conveyor System for 2-8" Pipe Handling is specially designed and developed by NAEC which is able to perfectly match each single machine to form whole pipe spool fabrication system based on the principle of economic pipe spool fabrication system space occupation and maximum productivity. It consists of storage/buffer rack, kicking-in/kicking-out device, and motorized handling conveyor system, which greatly improve the efficiency of single machine and save manpower & machine cost for workpiece transportation. Conveyor Pipe Handling System can send cut and beveled pipes to the fitting-up stations with adjustable average speed of 2m-20m/min, the capacity of the conveyor system for handling is 750 kg/m, and 8tons/12m. 1m to 12m pipe can be transferred through this system.
