Piping System
Piping system is a piping/ pipe spool production line that integrate automatic pipe cutting, automatic pipe end beveling, pipe fitting up, automatic pipe welding, and automatic pipe handling each pipe fabrication steps.
Usually a piping system in set in workshop for easy controlling fabrication quality. The fabrication workshop size depends on fabricator's workload. Considering SS piping system and CS piping system to be set separately, and the raw pipe length is 12 M, the workshop width is suggested at least 26 M. The workshop length can be set according to the numbers of welding stations. Usually it can be 80M, 100M or longer. Fabricators can also use light duty steel structure workshop to establish a fabrication workshop in short time.
Piping system can also be designed as transportable type. The main machines of one piping system can be set in containers. Then the whole system can be dismantled and installed according to project site changes. it is more suitable for lower working load onsite piping job.
To guarantee the fabrication quality, the accuracy of each working step is very important. NAEC pipe cutting station can guarantee the cutting accuracy is ±0.5mm; our pipe end beveling station can realize single V, compound V and J type bevel; our motorized pipe fitting-up station can reduce misalignment maximally, so it is easy to make the welding joint size satisfy welding requirements. Besides we have preset 40sets WPS in our welding station, so for operators, he just needs to select the suitable one.
When there is a lot of piping job in a workshop, handling of pipes may affect production efficiency. Usually overhead cranes are suggested to handle raw pipes; conveyor systems are suggested to handle cut-off pipes; trolleys are suggested to handle finished pipes to outside. Better handling of pipes can reduce material transferring time greatly.
Another factor that affect the whole production is waiting of pipes. Assuming a pipe fabrication workshop is enough in cutting, but inefficient in beveling, there will be many well cut-off pipes waiting for beveling. So for pipe cutting, pipe end beveling, pipe fitting up and pipe welding, each step working efficiency should be balanced. Then there is no pipe waiting. The whole workshop can be streamline in production.

Now our designed piping system can suitable for CS/ SS/ ALS pipe size range from 2 to 10inch, from 4 to 24inch, from 6 to 32inch, from 12 to 48inch and from 26 to 60inch. Our heavy-duty piping system can suit for pipe thickness up to 60mm.
