Product Description

Trolley type PWHT furnace

It is widely applied to low temperature tempering, annealing aging treatment and hot charging process of metal work-piece;
Character:

1. the furnace body is welded in structural steels and steel plates as the working room, and there is a considerable thickness of insulation layer between the external cover of furnace body and the working room, silicate cotton is generally adopted as the energy-saving thermal insulation material to reduce the heat conductivity of external cover;
2. There are heaters and airducts on the left and right sides of the working room, and allocate the blower on the top of working room, which makes the air in the furnace mechanically convection through the airduct, further to get even and stable temperature inside working room;
3. air exhaust and inlet hole are available on the top of working room
4. can be customized according to workpiece dimension
