Q: Can this system process compound V bevel?
A: Yes, it can process single V, compound V and U type bevel.
 
Q: How to control the misalignment?
A: Several steps can control the misalignment and get good welding quality.
1.Precise cutting & beveling prepare better welding condition. 
2.Control misalignment during fitting-up. 
3. Our automatic welding station can allow 0-3mm misalignment and get good welding quality.
 
Q: What's the root pass method?
A: Usually we recommend automatic TIG or RMD-MIG for root pass. While RMD-MIG is not acceptable by some users, we can support client to do PQR for different welding methods.
 
Q:What's the welding power brand?
A: It's USA MILLER.
 
Q: How to control welding quality?
A: Except to control every step processing quality before welding, we have programmed 40 sets WPS in our welding station for operate choose suitable WPS.
 
Q: How to deal with heavy thick wall pipes?
A: We have heavy duty type pipe welding station which can weld heavy thick wall pipes, such as power plant pipe spools.
 
Q: Can this system process SS pipes?
A: We have pipe spool fabrication system designed for SS pipe. It is equipped with Band Saw Cutting machine, which use cold cutting method, more suitable for processing SS pipes.
