Q: Can programming be done remotely? Does Customer need a programmer?
A: Programming cannot be done remotely. It is done in the computer and copy to the machine by USB flash disk. You will need a programmer, but he does not need to be very professional because of easy operation with menus and diagrams.

Q: Can customer use drawing input directly to load machine?
A: Yes, such as AUTOCAD drawing to be loaded.

Q: What will happen in continuous HOT / Humid condition in open Yard?
A: PANEL needs to be air-conditioned AND tropicalised.

Q: What will happen if ovality of tubular is more? Will it give error?
A: Our machine can track and correct the height of cutting gun.

Q: Will machine find work point?
A: Yes, the machine can find the work point automatically.

Q:Will turning rollers have any synthetic material (rubber/ Teflon) to minimize "pipe slippage" during cutting?
A: Plasma cutting needs such material. Flame cutting does not need.
