This 4-Roll plate rolling machine can complete the material alignment, pre-springing and round rolling in one rolling process, The residual straight edge of pre-springing is ≤ 1.5 times of the plate thickness, and the rounding accuracy is high, which can meet the requirements of automatic welding.

This model adopts inverted side roll oil cylinder technology which can effectively reduce the height of the machine body while improving the sliding stability and reducing the equipment failure, so it can meet the ground installation requirements to a large extent, and it also can reduce the infrastructure construction costs such as the foundation pit of the user's equipment.
5. In strict accordance with the process requirements, we annealed and shot blasted the welded parts such as the frame to remove the internal pressure and improve the strength and stability of the machine body.
