Automatic Conveying Logistics System
Conveyor System is specially designed and developed by NAEC which is able to perfectly match each single machine to form whole production line based on the principle of economic production line space occupation and max. productivity. It consists of storage/buffer rack, kicking-in/kicking-out device, and motorized handling conveyor system, which greatly improve the efficiency of single machine and save manpower & machine cost for workpiece transportation. Conveyor Logistics System can send cut and beveled pipes to the fitting-up stations with adjustable average speed of 2m-20m/min, the capacity of the conveyor system for handling is 750 kg/m, and 8tons/12m. 1m to 12m pipe can be transferred through this system.
